ACHIEVEMENTS

 

Kaylee made her debut with her elder sister Taylor as part of the 15-year-old Dolphins. At the 2019 World Championships, she earned her first major international medal for silver in the 200m backstroke. In 2021, Kaylee records in the backstroke of the Sydney open at 200m, 100m and 50m established three national records over the course of one weekend. At the Australian Swim Trial with a time of 57.45, she then broke the world record for women’s 100m backstroke. McKeown took a show to capture the Gold Medal at the 100-m backstroke to secure a place for their first Olympic Games.
